I made this for my husband and I tonight. I was worried he wouldn’t try because he’s not much on out of the norm ingredients but to my surprise he asked for seconds! It was so good! Will definitely have again!

LOW-CARB PROSCIUTTO WRAPPED CHICKEN RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
  • 10 fresh chicken tenders (about 1-1/2 pounds)
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 5 (1-oz) slices mozzarella cheese, cut in half
  • 10 slices prosciutto

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and top with cooking rack.
  2. Season chicken on both sides with Italian seasoning
