  • 3 medium eggs, room temperature
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese

  1. First gather all your ingredients in one place.
  2. Then in a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, cinnamon, and baking powder. Then add eggs, vanilla, and heavy cream and beat until smooth.
